Tenants pay first. Then the power runs.

Every house gets its own prepaid meter. The tenant buys a token on M-PESA, keys it in, and the credit shows on the screen.

Every meter has a warranty of 12 months. On pre-order you pay 50% now and the remaining 50% before delivery, with shipment in 30 days. The deposit is non-refundable, but you can transfer it.
